Who is the qualification for?
It is suitable for learners who have completed the EAL Progression in Building Services Engineering (Level 2) in the electrical pathway.
The EAL Level 3 Extended Progression in Electrotechnical Installation qualification has been developed to offer additional opportunities for learners to further specialise in electrotechnical installation following completion of the Progression in Building Services Engineering (Level 2).
What does the qualification cover?
Learners will develop knowledge and understanding of the principles, theories and practices required in the electrotechnical installation trade and of how these are performed in Wales. Learners will develop, enhance and apply the skills required within the electrotechnical installation trade.
What opportunities for progression are there?
After completion, The Level 3 Extended Progression in Electrotechnical Installation will provide RPL opportunities and allow learners to gain some exemptions regarding the Building Services Engineering (Level 3) – Electrotechnical Installation qualification.
As an approved centre, you can deliver recognised EAL qualifications to your learners, and receive ongoing support from our team.
