Paul is our experienced International Business Manager, bringing a background that spans engineering, skills development, and international education. He began his career as an engineering apprentice before progressing into design engineering and production optimisation within manufacturing.
Since then, Paul has worked extensively with colleges, universities, Sector Skills Councils, and governments to develop industry-aligned training and qualifications. His experience includes advising sectors critical to national infrastructure — including nuclear, energy, oil and gas, utilities, automotive, aerospace, space, and emergency services — and delivering specialist training for the Royal Household.
This breadth of experience informs Paul’s strategic approach to international partnerships, helping align technical skills with industry demand and supporting countries to develop strong, sustainable workforce systems.
