To do this, we are looking for a learning expert with experience in Building Services Engineering (BSE) and delivering T Levels who can provide advice and guidance on uplifting and enhancing the present range of resources so they:
Your focus will be on bridging the gap between theory and practice, recommending innovative teaching methodologies, and enhancing existing materials to ensure students are well-equipped with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to thrive in today’s dynamic BSE industries. EAL offers regulated vocational qualifications in the sectors of Building Services Engineering (BSE) and Engineering and Manufacturing at a range of recognised levels set within the requirements of the regulatory framework within the United Kingdom.
EAL has a long tradition of working closely with employers, further education, and subject matter experts to implement qualification frameworks that feature clear progression routes to employment and further study.
The next generation of T-levels are technical qualifications developed in collaboration with employers and education providers so that the content meets the needs of industry and prepares learners for entry into skilled employment, an apprenticeship or related technical study through further or higher education.
The Education and Learning Expert must complete and submit a Conflict-of-Interest declaration form to outline any potential conflicts. EAL will review and put in place measures to mitigate.
