So far, EAL have received 903 form submissions from learners impacted by Options Skills liquidation. Of those,
We recognise that there are still a significant group of learners who are waiting for updates from us in terms of what happens next.
If you have submitted the form and indicated that you have access to your portfolio, we will be in touch directly to evaluate it. This process will begin next week.
If you submitted the form and indicated that you do not have access to your portfolio, we, alongside others, are pursuing the administrators to request urgent access to your assessment records. This will allow us to evaluate your learning and assessment progress and recommend potential options for support from either EAL and/or others where appropriate.
We are working hard to confirm the status of each learner, but please know this is a complex task and will take some time. Until your position is confirmed, we recommend you do not enter new contracts. We will continue to provide updates on our website and social media as the situation continues to evolve.
