We are pleased to announce the launch of a new feature that can help customers easily access our resources and information.
We integrated a new feature into ChatEAL that can draw on information from across our expansive Knowledge Hub, to source and access the details customers need. We hope it’ll become your first port of call for all the rich resources available within EAL Connect.
ChatEAL is a tool that can help answer your questions about EAL centre operations and qualifications management. ChatEAL has access to the entire wealth of information contained within the EAL Knowledge Hub – years’ worth of user guides, informational articles, and FAQ sections compiled into one rich resource. This new upgrade is designed to draw from our extensive knowledge to pick out the information you need.
How does it work? Simply enter your query into the easy-to-use interface, and ChatEAL will provide the answers you’re looking for. The solutions it returns could be as a simple as a one-word or one-sentence answer to your question, or an in-depth step-by-step guide.
ChatEAL draws from all our information and resources to give you the most accurate and up-to-date information – providing helpful links to articles and guides within the Knowledge Hub, providing definitions from within end-point assessment articles, or providing a shortened and simplified version of the answer you’re searching for.
Save time on digging out the resources required – by integrating the chatbot into our Knowledge Hub, the chatbot can provide answers in an instant. Improved response times and streamlined customer interactions are just some of the ways in which ChatEAL makes our overall experience faster, more convenient, and more accessible.
