EAL Christmas and New Year opening hours 2025/26

With Christmas fast approaching, we’d like to take this opportunity to provide you with details of our opening hours during the festive period. 

EAL will be closed from 1PM on Wednesday, 24 December 2025, and will reopen at 8AM on Monday, 5 January 2026. 

During the festive break, you can still contact us by email, and we will deal with your enquiry as soon as possible upon our return: [email protected]  

Alternatively, you can visit your EAL Connect account from the top right of our website, where you’ll find several articles to help with your enquiries.

Important dates for your diary

Exams

Exams will be available during the Christmas period. Please note, however, that we will not be available to provide customer support from 1PM on Wednesday, 24 December 2025, until 8AM on Monday, 5 January 2026. 

Certification

The last day for claiming hard copy certificates is 3PM on Tuesday, 9 December 2025. These will be printed and dispatched within 72 hours (by Thursday, 12 December 2025).  

E-certificates will continue to be generated until 1PM on Wednesday, 24 December 2025, and you will still be able to submit claims throughout the festive period. These will be processed when we reopen on Monday, 5 January 2026. 

End-point assessment (EPA)

The final date to submit all EPA Gateway information for processing before Christmas is Wednesday, 17 December 2025. Any learners who are not yet registered or through Gateway by this date will be processed upon our return on Monday, 5 January 2026.
